Default Getting To and From Turner Field / Lakewood Amp??

Hello. My wife are heading down in a few weeks to catch a Braves game, we live in TN. We are staying right off I-75 in Marietta. How difficult is it to get to Turner Field, and to leave Turner Field?? We are going to a Saturday Night game. Also, on Monday we are going to Lakewood Amphitheatre for a concert. How hard is that to find? Directions look to be easy, but I've been to Atlanta a couple times and know traffic is terrible. Thanks for any info y'all can give me.

Better check connector traffic b/c of congestion. I'd go 285 West to I-20 for Turner and 285 West to Langord Parkway for Lakewood

It's 4th of July weekend, and I read they wasnt supposed to be doing construction work that weekend, July 5th is when I'm going to the game.

The concert is on Monday night, and they are doing the construction at night I believe, so I will probably need to take 285 West for Lakewood. That actually looks easier to go that way looking at a map.

If there isn't road construction just come down I75/85 and follow the signs to the field. We parked last weekend in the back of the orange lot near the exit ($12), no problems getting in or out, got there an hour early and stayed all the way to the miserable end (another loss!).
