Smile Investment
I need to buy apartments for investment so that I could rent. Are there allot of people in Atlanta that rent an apartment and what are the good locations to buy.

I was told places next to college, what else please assist. Give me names of location, and last but not list i am thinking a two bed will rent for about $750 a month is that correct?

How much are you looking to spend on these properties? Are you looking for condos to buy and rent out? or all types? Do you want to rent to students - or people more established?

It's a pretty broad question - so you may want to narrow it down and be more specific to get better responses.
