Can someone tell me about the Lithia Springs area near Sweetwater Creek park? How are the schools and how is the commute to Peachtree Center?

I live in Douglasville - 2 mins from there. The commute to Atlanta is about 20 mins, although it can be outrageous during extreme traffice situations. The Mart runs right to PT Center, though. I used to park at HE Holmes station and ride the train there. Nww, they even have the XpressGA - the commuter line that runs straight to Atlanta. It's an extremely comfortable ride, and PT Center is one of the stops. Of all the places I have and would work while living out here, though, Peachtree Center is one of the better ones in terms of commute.

Not sure where you're from, but the schools her ein Georgia generally aren't as good as almost anywhere else! There are some good areas, though. I haven;t heard much about the Sweetwater district, but here and there I've heard it's pretty good. There is also a pretty good private school over that way - Colonial Hills. If I can tell you anything else, please let me know.
