What do you mean 'so what'? Do you not understand the premise of my statement.

Let me reiterate, Atlanta businesses are embarrassed!

I don't know but I think maybe everybody's making too big a deal over the show. I mean does it really make the city of Atlanta look that bad? If anything I think it just makes a couple of housewives in the surburbs look ridiculous but anybody with half a brain I don't think will jump to the conclusion that all or most women in Atlanta are anything like them.

Actually I think it shows the business's and different locales spotlighted through out the city in a good light. It's only the behavior of the shows cast that's negative. I also think it's assured of them to keep referring to themselves as Atlanta's elite society. And if anybody out there actually believes that's true then that's embarrassing.

But other than that it's just a fun little entertaining "reality" show. If anybody takes it as being a serious documentary of what premier upscale life style in Atlanta is all about then I invite them to order a subscription of Atlanta magazine for starters to reeducate themselves. But too many people I think had too high a expectation for this show. I mean have you seen Real housewives Orange County or New York. They don't exactly pick the best and brightest prospects from those two cities either. None of the shows are exactly flattering but they weren't made by or for the local Chamber of Commerce.

I am so happy someone commented on the wine in the car. That really disturbed me.

Don't worry, nobody thinks that everybody is Atlanta is like these women, or that they embody the ethos of the place! It's just a wacky tacky show, for fun.

I'm from Boston, and really, instead of making me look down my nose at the materialism, the show has highlighted for me how what a thriving city Atlanta is. And that's not based on the behavior of the housewives, but the little things you notice in the stores and restaurants, hotels, etc.

One question--is the grass brown because of a ban on residential watering? Is that still going on? Because I didn't think grass went dormant in winter in Atlanta.
