Just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for subdivisions or complex/developments for single family home or townhomes/condos near Marta-North Spring Station. I want to stay under $300,000 for a 3/2.

Thanks

PS I understand that at this price point I am most likely looking at a townhome or a very old house!

You may want to look at the older townhomes near the Medical station Marta on old johnson ferry just inside i285. They go for about 275k and its a great area. Otherwise there maye the odd fixer upper in or near the branches sub division but not sure.

Under $300k will be tough in that specific area....even the fixer upper single family homes are $350k+ and I can't really think of any older townhomes/condos near there (most were built in the last 5-10 years and are uber-expensive). At least none that are within walking distance.

I am not sure where the Fulton/DeKalb line is, but there are several townhome complexes behind the Super Target at Perimeter. They are closer to other MARTA stations, but you might find something in your price range. Depends on how desperate the builder is feeling. Also, those townhomes near the Costco.

I did a search on a real estate website, she will have no problem finding something close in her price range. There isn't a lot of inventory, but there is some.

The closest Townhome I could find under $300K was in Wellsley subdivision - 3 BR's for $215K, everything else was higher. How close do you need to be - to walk to?
