Apartment Help!!!

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some feedback on two aparment complexes. I have checked out apartment ratings.com. Both have over 50% rating. I was hoping to get some honest feedback from people on this site. I hope some of you can help. They are:

The Avonlea at Town Lake (Woodstock)

and

Preston Glen at Bridgemill (Canton)
