Chip - between this, what's going on with Fort McPherson and Clayton County, the southside is ready for a resurgence. IMHO, if you can afford to buy and hold on the southside, it's a good long-term investment.

Agreed. Additionally developers are looking to develop closer to Transit Stations.

Agreed. I recently went on the beltline tour and you can still pick up hovels near white park for 40k. Rent them out for 5 years to easy cover the mortgage and then come back and the land will probably be worth 100k alone. As least thats the plan.

Years ago MARTA actually had a Hapeville spur on plan for the rail line, but eventually shelved the idea. My guess is, if this development continues as planned, it will cause MARTA to build that Hapeville station, as well as potentially continuing that "southeast" line further.
