Ri Ra and RA - Irish and sushi. I would not eat at either place due to the similarity of the names. It makes me think they're part of the same company, and nobody is going to be able to do both of those things well.

LOL.. i used to go to the Ri Ra in Raleigh, NC when I lived there. I had no idea they were a chain.

That whole area is becoming very nice walkable intown stretch. Compare it to how it was just a couple years ago with club anytime, stabbings, vacant lots. The only thing that is disappointing and annoying is the name "midtown mile". Why is it so hard for us to forge our own identity? We do we insist on creating copies of other things that will just suffer in a comparison? For example, "SoNo district". Seriously??
