If he will be working on the west side of 400 in Roswell I would try to stay on the west side for homes as well if you are looking at homes in Roswell/Alpharetta/Cumming. There are some nice neighborhoods and Cumming & Woostock will be priced lower than they are in the Alpharetta area. Just curious - if you want to share - what is your price range?

He will be on the west side of 400 and looking at the map, I was thinking the same thing as far as staying on the west side. I think we will end up in either Canton or Woodstock. Our range is around $200,000 and I've seen several very nice homes (not in person yet though ) around or even below that price. I am suprised too because you can't buy anything for that price out here in Tucson (that is in a really good neighborhood and good sized anyways) and I thought it was higher cost of living out there. Must be the market.

I think you will have no problem finding a home at that price range - there are some great neighborhoods to choose from!
