Question Blackberry Ridge neighborhood

Can anyone give me any info on the Blackberry Ridge neighborhood that's located off Birmingham Highway? It has an Alpharetta address but is in Cherokee County. Thanks

Is this the Blackberry Ridge community that you are referencing?

Yes, that's it. Just wondering if it's a nice neighborhood to live in?

I live just 5 minutes from this neighborhood, it is obviously a very expensive one. I cannot tell you what the neighborhood itself is like because I could never afford to live there but I do know there have been quite a number of foreclosures so you may get a good deal. As far as the area and community, it couldnt be any better. Excellent schools, slower pace, friendly people, very convenient to Alharetta/Cumming and Canton. Also cheaper taxes since its located in Cherokee County!!!!!

At those prices, it had better be like living beyond the Pearly Gates
