Builders have lots of incentives available, but generally the incentives are on the standing inventory. As a general rule most builders will not neogiate on price when you are having a house built. I have seen things like 24,000 in buyer bucks and more. In the market that we are currently in home prices can change really fast, with so much available inventory.

Unhappy Purchasing Property in Georgia

I just purchased a house in Georgia - a new house (new construction). This price was just lowered $40,000 dollars after three (3) months that I moved in.....is there anything that I can do?

I am very concerned regarding this huge lose.

Pomartini,
Sometime you can get great deals on the loan itself that can help you in the long run. I offer discounts on the origination fee that helps my clients as well as using the Nehemiah program to bring the cost down 6% of the total price of the loan.
