Toco Hills Town Center/LeCraw Development
Hi All,
I'm new here. Anyone following the developments of the huge 37 plus acre DeKalb Town Center project? I have an established practice in the Williamsburg Medical Center behind and to the right of the the Golden Buddha and I'm concerned about my future there.
So far I found out the BP on the corner of N. Druid and Clairmont will be bull-dozed in 30 days or so and the surrounding businesses, Chevron, and the Golden Buddha just to name a couple have all been approached. A new county road could be approved which could impact a number of businesses in it's path. From what I can tell the developer has the backing of the county on this one.
