I have a question that I would only like people who truly have good knowledge on these two areas to answer. I would like to know what streets/subdivisions are nice (containing neighbors who keep their yard clean and cut, somewhat quite, not too many kids), safe (no one is too scared to take the trash out or walk around the block, no wild animals running at large or juvenile crime or general harassment) to aquire residence. I am asking because I am interested in purchasing some property within these areas and I am seeking as much advise as possible. One in near Norman Pl and the other one is near Victoria Ct.

-Thanks you in advance!

I used to commute through that area all the time. I would stay out of the College Park area of Clayton County if at all possible (North Clayton High) and Riverdale can really be hit or miss. There were 48 murders in the county last year (about 18 per 100,000-higher rate than than either the city of New York or Chicago). The schools are about to loose accreditation which could bring down the property values substantially.
