In order to make this place successful, it has to attract peoepl with purposes to come here as well as people who just want to hang out without a specific purpose. we need to creat foot trafic in downtown area. People can't affort spending high dollars everytime they go to a place. So if you want to see healthy foot trafic, you need to create something that people can come over and spend their time and not too much money. This way we will see constant foot traffic in that area. We need to hire security guards just standing by and scare those thugs away.
