You're right, I didn't think before I typed. Kem is a decent guy - finally an educated Sheriff. I don't remember him, but we attended Emory at the same time and he's one of the few people with a political career and few skeletons. How rare is that?!

The real change will occur once MARTA announces their "treaty" with Norfolk Southern's train lines through the county and the commutor rail begins.
