where can i find near atlanta
 a city thats semi rural with single family homes in the range of 175k-220k 4+ br nice size lot,good schools low crime and 30-40min commute to atlanta in a nice family oriented place racially diverse hope im not asking for much |

Fayetteville, Ga. is a really nice area, with really great schools and shopping. It's about 15-20 mnutes south of Atlanta.

Fayetteville is a relatively nice area, but you need to up that a bit to around 35+ minutes in GOOD traffic, to the center of downtown Atlanta.

A few homes in Roswell will match most of your requirements except the semi-rural one.

You're not going to find 'semi-rural' at that price with a 30-40 min commute time...remember, Atlanta is famous for its' urban sprawl. |
