House Hunting (Douglasville, Douglas, Fairburn: sales, new home, neighborhoods)

My fiancee and I are house hunting around the Camp Creek Area. What are some good neighborhoods in the area to focus on (~$200K)?

I work near Fulton Industrial and I-20. She does sales in the riverdale, jonesboro, stockbridge, area.

Anyone have insight on good places or better neighborhoods that would suit our commutes? (can be outside of camp creek area)

New Homes or resale?

No preference really. Just want a good location, good deal, etc.

Builders are negotiating; take a look at these South Fulton New Homes.

[Native Georgian]

Try Palmetto, Fairburn or Douglasville. All would be convenient for you. Look at Tributary in Douglas County. Really neat new neighborhood that was the Street of Dreams this year.
