Default Specialty computer stores?

I'm looking for specialty computer stores - specifically, the sort of places that cater to the true geeks and tinkerers. Someplace that'll have stuff beyond ordinary PCs.

I've already found Microcenter near Duluth, Ginstar near Norcross, and Gim Computers on Northside. Ginstar and Gim looked like decent places, but nothing particularly struck my fancy. Microcenter seems a cool alternative to ordering online if I'm in a hurry for something, but didn't have all that much unusual stuff. Any other suggestions?

Have you visited Fry's in Duluth? Between the computer section and electronics section, they have all sorts of parts, tools, and equipment for tinkerers and case modders.

Most of the PC geeks I know (including myself) stopped doing much shopping in brick-and-mortar stores a decade ago. Check out places like Newegg, Cyberguys, CompGeeks, etc.

I tend to buy a lot of components on eBay.

Newegg is geek heaven online sure 'nuff, but sometimes I want to run out and grab something right quick on the weekend. Plus even they don't have everything I want sometimes.

I'll look for Fry's and give 'em a shot.
