You're right, I was being a little too conservative. Atlanta is more like 95% Black. I'm sure the Census made-up those statistics to make Atlanta look diverse, even though it's not.

Acording to Wikipedia, metro Atlanta has 1.7 million blacks, and 3.x million whites, etc.

Mary Norwood seemed like a nice lady? Do you think she had the ability to unite the Atlanta metro?

Well no...its not diverse, but they do have celebrities.
