Default thinking about Dacula Ga

How is Dacula Ga? I've heard it's affordable and has been growing a great deal. Where should I look in Dacula to live that is safe and family oriented? I'm looking in the low to mid 200's.
Thanks.

My wife's stepsister drove in from FL looking at houses in our area. She found several nice homes in Dacula. She liked the area too. I've heard it's a hotspot to move.
She ended up staying in FL. Ex Husb wouldn't let her take kid to GA.

We live in Dacula and absolutely love it. It is a very family friendly area with lots to do! There have been several posts lately on the "Georgia" board, if you want to search there.

We live in Hamilton Mill. It's a great neighborhood with houses up to $700K, but there are also some in your price range. Our schools are in the Mill Creek cluster which is very highly rated. Schools are good, housing is good, there are a bunch of parks in the area, etc etc.

The zip code in the area is 30019 for a search!

Good luck in your search!

Anita

The Harbin's Road area is very nice. Just off of 316.
