lol...Good point, maybe we as upstanding citizens should call the Atlanta Metro PD and inform them that their search is over because this is a goldmine for gang activity on CD.

there are "gangs" and 100s if not 1,000s of "cliques" or "crews" in atlanta.

i can say for a fact that there are crips (hoovers, rollin 20s, eight trey gangstas), bloods (nine trey, brims), gangster disciples, maniac latin disciples, MS-13, nortenos, 18th street and black p stones in atlanta. it may sound crazy, but i have run into at least a couple of members of all the gangs listed above. also have seen the tagging in and around the metro area. the crips and bloods on the east coast are somewhat different from their counterparts on the west coast as a lot of their signs and the way they operate are different. a lot of the west coast crips and bloods do not see their east coast counterparts as "real", and in a sense they are not. that said, they're still dangerous.

there are MANY more smaller cliques and neighborhood gangs. some are dangerous and some are just punk teens trying to make a name. some of the more dangerous cliques have been listed such as 30 deep. some of the other bigger ones are:

-Hit Squad Taliban - they are probably the most active gang in college park. their color is lime green and they've been around since the early 2000's. some of you may have heard of the rapper Gucci Mane. one of his groups more popular members, Waka Flocka Flame, is a member of the Hit Squad or HST and he mentions it a lot in his songs. some of the smaller hit squad sets are Young Taliban, Hit Squad Boyz, Flex Crew and the Lady Hit Squad.

- Trigger Mafia (south clayton county)

- Southside Mafia (clayton county; Hit Squad Taliban's main rivals)

- Glenwood Goons (south dekalb county; Glenwood)

- Blakk Mobb (all over dekalb county)

- Murda Mobb (all over dekalb county); they are also major rivals of the hitsquad and their colors are purple

- Da Fam (dekalb county)

- YMM (downtown)

- Young Savages (downtown)

there are many, many more. new ones die off and pop up everyday.
