So Atlanta was featured again tonight on History Channel's Gangland, for the SECOND time! Considering that Atlanta is such a small, insignificant city in the scheme of things that should be alarming. I hate to have to repeat myself, but I've been saying all along that Atlanta has a serious and out of control gang problem. This entire pathetic excuse for a city needs to be razed so that such a sad example of humanity can be wiped away from existence.

I left Gwinnett 13 years ago and watched gangland on my dvr made me sick to think all these people who should not be in this country think they can come here and bully those of us who pay taxes and support there worthless hides.I say ship all of them back and guard or boarders better.And any gang member that reads this go back where you came from

Was I the only one stuck to the tv watching all the gangland episodes in the various cities. I just wondered to myself, how did they go from having so much potential as a baby to becoming un productive citizens of society? They were talking about the drug trade like it was a real job?!?! I'm staying inside for the rest of my life, the world is just too scary for me...

Block crews are similar to gangs in that they both do illegal things, but gangs IMO are more about turf, jumping in new memebers and colors while block crews are more about money. For instace you wont be shot in Atlanta for wearing the wrong color in the wrong area, but you could very well be shot in LA for doing the same thing. These were the ones that were big when I was in high school waaaay back in the early 00's. Some Im sure are still around like 30 Deep and MDC have been in the news allot lately for the smash and grabs and more recently the murder of boxer Vernon Forest. While these are all violent groups, they are not gangs.

I'm not from Georgia ,but we are looking to move to Jasper or Canton. Is there any where in Ga that is gang free. We have 3 children , it all sounds scary . I didn't see the reports in gangs on t.v.
