Question Wooten Lake Station

Anybody live in or near the Wooten Lake subdivision of Kennesaw? I am interested in a couple of homes there. I've also been looking in the Legacy Park subdivision. Any comments/thoughts on either would be appreciated.

1. Well-planned town-park neighborhood.
2. Broad community activism (but not too crazy!)
3. Easy access to I-75.
4. Within the Kennesaw city limits (great services).
5. Great place for kids.
6. Variety of housing styles (people "move up" while staying in LP!)
7. Very close to Historic Downtown Kennesaw.
8. Very close to a wide range of shopping...everything is close by.
9. Close to Lake Allatoona.
10. Good schools (Kennesaw Elementary, Big Shanty Intermediate, Awtrey Middle, and North Cobb High).
11. Strong support for the public schools from the Legacy Park community.
12. The best neighborhood amenities (pools, tennis courts, parks, playgrounds, trails, picnic areas, amphitheatre, ball fields, etc).
13. Many trees.

Good Luck! I hope this helps.
