I think it was you who said that you don't really associate with your poorer neighbors. If your poorer neighbors all happen to be black, and your middle-class neighbors all happen to be white, then this is not the type of community I'm asking about. I'm asking about a racially mixed, economically comparable community.

I am in a Development. It’s ITP in the SE part of town. The White to Minority Ratio is nearly 50/50 , since we have plenty of African American, Asian, and Hispanic families. People paid 300-500k for their homes, most of middle class( some upper middle class). Yes the Minority incomes are comparable. In regards to the lower income neighbors they are White, Black and Hispanic.
