NEED: Public Transportation Help (Toco Hills to Downtown ATL) (Atlanta: theater, buses)

Hello, I'm new to the area and trying to figure out the most efficient way to get from the Toco Hills area of Decatur to Downtown Atlanta. Specifically, where Ponce meets Peachtree (Fox Theater).

This would be a daily two-way commute for normal business hours (8-5).

I'm open to Marta (bus and/or rail), Cliff, carpooling or even driving (if that proves to be the recommendation).

Any suggestions?

Any routes/options I should avoid?

Go to the MARTA site and locate the routes you need. There are a number of buses that serve this area. I assume the bus would go down N. Druid Hills to the Brookhaven station and from there you take the Southbound train.

The #30 runs pretty frequently on the LaVista side of Toco...it deadheads at Lindbergh rail station, which is three stops north of North Ave station (which empties out right at the Fox).
