Georgia Perimeter College Dunwoody Campus?
I'm moving from Tampa, Florida to Dunwoody, Georgia this winter to go to Georgia Perimeter College in Dunwoody and then hopefully on to University of Georgia in Athens. I was wondering if anyone goes to Georgia Perimeter that could tell me a little about it, like if they have stuff to do as far as clubs (business club especially), intramurals (flag football, basketball), or some type of extracurricular activities. It says they do on the website, but I'm at a college in St. Pete right now and they said the same thing on their site then I get here and they hardly have anything. Any information would really help me out, I'm going to visit in a few weeks, but I just wanted to hear what people who go there (or went there) have to say about it. Thanks in advance for the help.

If you cannot find interest groups at the college there are potentially many community resources to consider.

I don't know about Dunwoody Campus, but definitely at Clarkston, they have a variety of language clubs and intramural sports (an amazing girls basketball team). One of the campuses I know has a literary club (pretty sure it's Dunwoody), occasional art, music, and theater exhibits on Clarkston campus. Occasional national speakers discussing their newly published books there also. There have been trips to go kayaking and canoing, boot camp fitness, and study abroad programs and all campuses can participate. The Dunwoody campus is very nice. It's sorta secluded by a residential area, plenty of trees, and a really nice fountain near one of the entrances. Traffic will not be fun around rush hour over there.
