Default Moving to Attend Southern Polytechnic State...

I'm moving from the suburbs of Denver, to attend SPSU. I'm a 19 year old female. What areas of Marietta would be safe as well as some what close to the school? As well as any recommendations on safe and nice apartments?

Stay away from the Apts in that area...kind of scary. like gun shots?

Try Kennesaw - not a bad area (stay away from Greenhouse and don't look at Cambridge, you have to be 21+) and there's some off of burnt hickory and whitlock ave, but not on Whitlock, those are old and nasty.

That's a great school. The Engineering Technology program turns out some of the best engineers at the Power Company....

Just curious, what made you leave Colorado to go to Southern Tech.....hoping to transfer to Georgia Tech?
