I live in Gwinnett and work in Charlotte. Atlanta is bigger and there's so much more to do. Charlotte is newer, but the housing inventory is the cheapest I have ever seen for a new city. ALL VINYL!!!. Having said that, because there supply an demand is more in check, their housing values are holding in this market. Overall, Charlotte is cool but very boring. Most of the peopl that I work with always talk about driving to Atlanta for the weekend.

Did he really say this? What a complete idiot! You lost the argument with your lies and incorrect statistics...that's a fact that anyone can see. You're wrong, plain and simple. There was no strategic retreat, I just grew tired of your pathetic arguments.

Charlotte was voted best place to live.
Most educated workforce.
Best city for Black Families
Top cities for job Growth.
N.America city of the Future.
For the city itself go with The Queen City.
