I don't understand why it's so hard to have people pay for improvements in their neightbood. Or the city can issue manicipal bonds and pay out after it starts operation.

Peachtree is probably the best road Atlanta has. I think they need to concentrate on the rest of the roads first. What happened to Franklin's 'Pot Hole Posse'.

Corner of 14th/Hemphill/Northside drive has been flooding for years, never seems to concern anyone.
