Virginia Highlands is great, and so is downtown Decatur. Loca Luna has excellent tapas and great dancing. Eclipse de Luna has great tapas as well. Mediterranean Grill near Piedmont Park has great mediterranean food for a great price. And I agree, Tacqueria del Sol is always awesome.

Has anybody mentioned Fogo de chao on Piedmont? It is a Brazillian steak house, you start with the salad bar, and then they bring shish-ka-bobs of meat to your table. yum yum. Good for meat-eaters.
