They wouldn't target all immigrants...

Just so that you are sure...the modern KKK is not like how they are portrayed in movies/Hollywood...
They are seen as a joke. No one fears them.

I guess it is not important anymore if the KKK is just an old story of the past.

As far as Georgia and particularly the metro Atlanta area is concerned it no longer functions as it once did.
I know that there is a large Hispanic population in nearby Hall county and throughout Gwinnett and Forsyth counties. Many natives may be Protestant but I don't believe they would persecute those with different religious beliefs.
It is a very scenic area.

My black hairdresser lives in Cumming. No problems there.

all right then... I don't see myself as having different religious beliefs as such, but who am I in front of them, eh?
Protestants, catholics, same difference...
You seem to imply that they still do function elsewhere. I just don't want to offend them with my accent or make them angry, so I'd be glad to know where not to go really, as long as I am not sure if we could be a target or not...
But you seem to say that Forsyth is now safe today. Thanks.

The Atlanta metro has literally gained 2,600,000+ people during that period of time, many of them from different parts of the country, and the chances are good that the area is now full of people who have no sympathy at all for organizations like the KKK.
Not that most did before -- it only takes a handful of hardcore idiots to perpetuate such nonsense.

The most divisive social issues in the US seem to revolve around race. The three target groups you'll usually find are Blacks, Hispanics, and Native Americans, and for various reasons, but that will vary significantly depending on where in the country you are.
Some places have fewer issues, and some have more.

ok, I am not an american woman, neither is my partner (man)... that means we both have an accent and cannot hide it unless we do what Katherine ZetaJohnes did and learned how to speak with a real Hollywoodian accent
So, we will have probably some racial problems from time to time... if they don't hang us I can live with that I think

I've never met a clown member but I'm thinking that they're wrapped up in that "pure blood" stuff and if you're Caucasian you'll be seen as close to them I guess. I'm aware that my answer was sort of stupid because I am making an assumption but the more I think about this crazy cult the more they confuse me because they claim to be Christians and love Jesus but they hate Hebrew/Jewish people (Jesus was Jewish). They're nothing but domestic terrorist, so they were never peaceful.
