I think they charge too much. I was thinking about them but ended up using someone else.
BTW, if you search in craigslist under services (labor) you will find tons of companies. For intown moves, Depending on your location you may find workers waiting to be picked up by gas stations. These people will help you in loading and unloading stuff from your truck. They are very cheap. You get what you pay for.

I always recommend Ivy League to my clients. They are awesome and are usually the least expensive. 770.521.1615

Like the last time this subject came up, I'll say it again -- I've used Mark the Mover three times over the last dozen years or so, and have never regretted it. There may be others that are as good, but it's hard to believe there's anyone better.

I used Atlanta Peachtree Movers about four months ago and I was quite pleased. I'm not accustomed to having to pay by the hour, but apparently the majority of moving companies here charge that way. The movers were professional and performed the work in a timely manner.
I heard Mark the Mover was good too, but they were unavailable at the time I wanted to move.

I agree. Despite numerous recom that MM is good, I opted for ATL Peachtree Movers because of scheduling. They were wonderful and careful. I'd call those guys again.

I used Atlanta Peach Movers recently and had a great experience. They came out in advance and gave us a do not exceed estimate for a pack and move. Despite running over on the anticipated time it took them to move us, they stuck to their estimate and we got a great deal and great service. Everyone from Tommy who came out to give us our estimate, to the packing crew and moving crew were friendly, professional, and hardworking. I would definitely use them again.
