Lots of names I know from roads or areas that you don't see on modern day maps.

Very cool though as a long time resident of Acworth, pops grew up in Smyrna and Kennesaw.

Yes...

A lot of people don't realize that Roswell was a part of Cobb County until Milton County joined Fulton County (1932ish). The Roswell part of Cobb County was ceded to Fulton to make the connection between Fulton and the former Milton more contiguous. DeKalb County also use to go all the way north to the Chattahoochee River. This part of DeKalb (now known as the "Dunwoody Panhandle of Sandy Springs") was also ceded to Fulton for the same reasons that Roswell was ceded.

I think you mean the 1839 map, but Terminus was barely a place in 1839 (it was founded in 1837). I personally think the "1839" map may be pre-1839.

Terminus would be located very near Whitehall on the map.
