We're talking about The Old Fourth Ward, no? Boulevard forms the western perimeter of the neighborhood. And from what I have observed in my daily travels, what's there definitely spills out into the City Hall East area three blocks away.

And across Ponce begins the Virginia-Highland neighborhood...I'm just saying that some people have to accentuate the negative aspects of an area. I like to be more optimistic and look at the good things about an area...like Va-Hi being closer than Boulevard.

Yes, things change vastly for the better north of Ponce.
