I am on this never-ending search for a home. I am pretty much open and flexible about moving to various sections around the metro. I live in the Roswell/Alpharetta area now, and we'd prefer (but do not require) a newly-built home. Because of our price-point, we will more than likely have to move. However, we're trying to make an informed decision by exhausting all of Atlanta's possibilities.

Between $200-300k, 4-5 bedrooms, single family homes.

Which builder do you recommend? And why?
What are your experiences?
