Coweta County Info....demographics, schools, etc. (Atlanta, Peachtree City: rent, neighborhoods, buy)

I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on Coweta County. We are looking to move (not sure if we will buy or rent yet) to Peachtree City but I am looking to teach perhaps in Coweta County if they are hiring this year (budget crisis!) I was wondering if anyone could tell me about Coweta, schools, demographics, make-up of neighborhoods, etc.

coweta is southwest of Atlanta on Interstate 85. It is close to downtown and the airport. West Coweta is very rural but East Coweta is growing rapidly. The schools are decent but the student population os growing as well. There are three high schools, 6 middle schools, and around 20 elementary schools. The county is mostly white, about 17% black, 5% Hispanic and 1% Asian. I feel like the county will really take off once the downturn ends.
