Calibre Brooke?
Does anyone have any thoughts on Calibre Brooke. I am a young professional currently living near Perimeter Mall. I hope to shorten my commute and spend a bit less money so I can buy in a year.
My main concern is safety, and I hear the area across Cobb Pkwy not a good one. Does anyone recommend Calibre Brooke?
I've also looked at Colonnade at Spring Hill, which is cheaper but not as nice, and Gables Vinings, which is nice but obviously pricier.
I read some posts suggesting to rent from a private owner as opposed to a commercial company. I tried Craigslist and walked through several but overall, I could not find anything decent with the same price range as these apartments.
