More bad news from this real estate mess ( I know someone who worked there, but haven't talked to him yet).

Sunshine Mortgage had been one of the last remaining independent mortgage companies to survive the wave of mortgage company failures that swept through Atlanta, beginning in 2006 with the collapse of the housing market.
The company, based in Smyrna, opened in 1981 and has 19 offices in eight states across the Southeast and West, according to the company’s Web site.
