Thumbs up New Winter Tourist Attraction Debuts in Stone Mountain Park as Snow Mountain!

Winter wonderland opens at Atlanta's Stone Mountain Park - USATODAY.com

This should be interesting...would you visit and/or take your children or relatives visiting?
I think it's a good idea to make use of the park during winter months when revenue is undoubtly low. I would love to hear the opinions of other CD's here.

I went to Stone Mountain on new years day to hike around the mountain. The Snow Mountain attraction was mobbed that day. The hike-around trail crosses the bottom of the lawn and the Snow Mountain is in the top half of the lawn, so I got a pretty good look at it. It looks really fun, but it costs $25 per person for two hours (plus parking fees if you don't have an annual pass). Some folks on the AJC blog said they only had time to go down the snow hill twice in their two hour time slot.
