Thanks. Not at all interested in any way about being near famous people. I am more interested in a nice, safe neighborhood where my kids can attend public schools.

And Sugarloaf is a 12 minute commute for my husband! Thanks again.

The ones that keep popping up in my searches are St. Marlo, Sweet Bottom Plantation and Sugarloaf. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
I live in Duluth and worked in the school system before getting into real estate. Schools are very good in Duluth..Parson's Elem. and Mason. Parsons and the high school in Duluth are newer schools. The middle school is not that old either and a very good school too. Sugarloaf is a very nice community and you can get some really good deals on houses. Sweet Bottom is nice too have friends that live in both neighborhoods. I don't think much of St Marlo..I would lean more toward the other two. There are also a few other neighborhoods in Suwanee that are great and feed into very good schools too. Moderator cut: Removed
