Inspired by this thread I looked up my house in Zillow. The last sale price and date is accurate. Zillow estimates that the property has increased 25% in value since we bought it in 2003. This makes me doubtful about Zillow's estimating feature. I think it's more likely that at the present time our house is worth about what we paid for it.
