ok, i did some research on this cascade area and it seems really promising. we'll be in atlanta next month for our wedding so we'll have only a day to see every neighborhood we're interested in.
our main concern now is missing out on a good home/rate due to the economy. we were already told that we'd be approved to buy a house now based on what we make but there's no guarantee we'll have jobs set up once we get there. well, there's no guarantee i'll have one- he's going to teach so it seems like a pretty good bet he'll be hired. thanks again for the responses! *shudder* -> the thought of living near creflo dollar |
