Any info on Lake Norris? (houses, neighborhood, land)

My husband and I were driving around the other night and 'discovered' Lake Norris. We knew about Lake Capri and have been searching for a weekend place on the water but fell in love with Lake Norris. Crazy enough, we put a contract on a house the next day. A little late, but, does anyone have additional info? We talked to people in the neighborhood that of course loved it there.

Lake Norris, in Gwinnett? I went to look at land lots there a few years ago. The houses in the area look a bit run down. The neighborhood was not clean, and that was the main reason why I passed. It's a hilly neighborhood, some houses had nice views of the lake, but that's about it.
