Default Celebrities in Newnan

Another sign that the movie industry is still flocking to Georgia:

'Get Low' stargazing - The Times-Herald

i find this very cool since you can actually see celebs in my hometown, but this isn't the first time filming has taken place in historic Newnan.

'"Get Low" is a dark comedy set during the Great Depression. According to "Variety," the film is based on the true story of Felix "Bush" Breazeale, a Tennessee recluse who planned his own funeral in 1938 while he was still alive and could enjoy it.'

Bill Murray, Robert Duvall, Sissy Spacek--chances are good this will be 'One' to watch.

Go Newnan!

If someone wants another TN film this might work>>BrackSmithMurder

Has to be the same family. What goes on in 'them thar hills'--best that we do not know. Haints and white lightning and who knows what.

LOL, love it.

What is so strange to me--this is an unusual name and I happened to know a guy locally that must have some ties to this family. Saw his Mom's obit about a month ago. The truth is always stranger than fiction. Oh. Yes.

Historic Newnan is beautiful. I don't doubt it would attract location scouts.
