New construction in that price range in the North Fulton and South Forsyth areas will give you an average home on a very small piece of land. In other words, no privacy because your neighbors will see you in your house and in your yard. Since we like our privacy and bigger lots, we looked at slightly older homes (2-10 years old). Most of the older homes in that price range in this area are beautiful with lots of exterior and interior detail (huge crown moldings, unique ceilings and windows, etc). I wish I could be more helpful, but I don't pay that much attention to the newer subdivisions. So I recommend that you use this website to search the counties by house age:
