Edgewood-Dynamic Metal lofts??? (live, moving, park)

Im moving intown,tired of fighting traffic everyday...Ive looked at a few places in Edgewood/Forth ward and Cabbagetown and was wondering if anyone had any info on Milltown or Dynamic Metal lofts?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have not been in Dynamic Metal but Thumb's Up Diner is across the street. It's a great breakfast spot. As Old Fourth Ward continues to shift, it should be more appealing. You can't beat it's proximity if you work downtown.

I have not been in Milltown for a while now. The first phase sold out quickly (different economic times back then). The last time I was there was when the second phase was just starting. Personally, I am not a big fan of spiral staircases. The one person that I knew that lived there enjoyed the community and it's location. I sold something around the corner at South Park Lofts a few years back.
