Default Moving to Fort McPherson- Mableton or 450 Piedmont

Evening everyone,

I'm moving to Fort McPherson next month from Fort Polk, La. I'm married with no kids and I'm looking for a townhouse with a two car garage in the $1200-1500 range.

I've really interested in two places. One in Mableton on Fair Oak Ave and another on 450 Piedmont near the Aquarium.

Any suggestions or comments? Thanks..

I lived in ATL 20 years, just recently moved away due to downsizing. ATL is such a diverse city. You would want to find an area that is suitable to your lifestyle: ranging from conservative to live and action. I lived near the airport but loved the roswell and alpharetta area...good schools if you ever want kids, and not too far from downtown district. ATl is a beautiful city and you have to make it work for you. ps people like to network there alot.
