First of all, thanks for reading my post.
My husband and I have lived in ATL for 1.5 years now and we thought we would move to Northeast due to the job situation (that explains my username), but we managed to find great new jobs in Duluth and extremely happy that we don't have to move! (out of GA, that is)
We are now living in Marietta area and with both our new jobs being in Duluth, we would like to move pretty soon. We are looking for a townhome in the area, not too big since it's just two of us and we don't have any plan of having a kid anytime soon (2 or 3 bed + 1.5 bath). Could any of you guys recommend us nice townhomes, relatively new, in a safe area? We are open to any suggestions!
