LOL--How 'long' does it take to get to Chattanooga? The last time I went about 1 1/2 hours. No rush hour traffic, no accidents--I think its less than 100 miles from Atlanta.

The State Patrol can pull you over for going even 1 mile over the speed limit.
As stupid as this argument is i have to agree with the other guy.5 hours is way to long.It takes me about 3.5 hours to get to Savannah.Do you live in North Georgia?

No.
I've explained, others have offered opinions.

The consensus seems to be 'around 4 hours'.

The issue is really very simple:

Fact - 250 miles between Atlanta and Savannah....so the distance is fixed, but the driving time depends on your rate of speed. At 70 mph it would take about 3 hours, 10 minutes. Factor in a bathroom stop or two and some possible slower speeds (although I think it's all interstate) and we can estimate about 3 hours, 45 minutes. Is that acceptable to everyone?

Of course it may take longer if you're sight seeing or you have tiny bladder...or it may be shorter if you're itching to get there.
