No you aren't. The streets in Atlanta are cleaned regularly and the parks are all running. Yet, you are anything but happy with Atlanta.

I see you don't make it to Woodruff Park much. Used to be a wonderful clean place to sit and enjoy lunch in.

A GPS in Atlanta is really an SOS (Stolen On Site). They don't even have to see the unit- just the rubber cup mounting is enough to make them smash your window and rifle your car trying to find where you hid it.

People still do that everyday. There is a seating area on the edge of the park with tables and chairs. College students and business people have lunch there every day.

I agree there are too many bums in Woodruff Park, but that is only one park. There are other parks downtown that do not have that problem. Centennial and Hurt are two that come to mind.

In the case of Centennial it is not under the jurisduction of the city. It is policed by the GWCC Police and they are far more agressive about ridding the place of panhandlers.

Zell was a great governor. He was very popular. He even was considered as a possible presidential candidate at one time.He left office after his second term and got weird, and more of a Republican.I still respect him because of the good job he did,but i don't think I would vote for him nowadays.
